A calm, grounded space to think, reflect, and grow.

Sessions are usually offered via Zoom (online video) or telephone, giving you the flexibility to access support from the comfort of your own home or another confidential space.
If you would prefer face-to-face sessions, these can be arranged at The Redi Centre in Redditch (B98)
This flexible approach means we can find a way of working that fits around your life, while still offering a safe and supportive space.
Hi, I’m Nikita, a qualified and accredited counsellor. If you work with me, you can expect a space that feels calm, steady, and genuinely supportive. A space where you don’t have to have the right words straight away, and where nothing feels too small or too much to bring.
I won’t rush you, analyse you from a distance, or try to “fix” things for you. Instead, we’ll slow things down together, make sense of what’s going on, and find a way forward that actually feels right for you.
My work is grounded in a person-centred approach, while also drawing on psychodynamic and CBT-informed ideas where helpful. In practice, that means I adapt to you, your pace, your needs, and what feels most useful in the moment.
I’ve supported people through a wide range of experiences, from anxiety, stress, and grief to life transitions and the pressures of modern life. I also work with professionals and teams in high-pressure environments, so I understand the different kinds of demands people carry.
Alongside counselling, I offer clinical supervision for therapists and deliver accredited Mental Health First Aid training for organisations and teams.
Across all of my work, my focus is the same. I create a space that feels safe, thoughtful, and grounded, where you can reflect openly and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Common Questions
How can "just talking" help me?
Therapy isn’t just talking. It’s having a space where you can be completely honest, without feeling judged or needing to filter yourself.
Often, things start to make more sense when they’re spoken out loud. Patterns become clearer, emotions feel less overwhelming, and you can begin to see things from a different perspective.
What can therapy address?
Therapy can support a wide range of experiences, from anxiety, low mood, and stress to relationship difficulties, grief, and feeling stuck.
You don’t need to be in crisis to come to therapy. Sometimes it’s simply about wanting to understand yourself better or make sense of what’s going on.
Is therapy suitable for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or curious about making a change, therapy can help.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. Many people begin therapy feeling unsure, and we take things at a pace that feels right for you.
