Supervision with me is a space where you can bring all of that. Openly, honestly, and without judgement.

I offer a calm, collaborative environment where we can explore your client work, your internal responses, and the wider context you’re working within. Not just what’s happening in the room, but what it’s like to be you in the work.

I won’t simply agree or observe from a distance. I’ll support you to reflect more deeply, notice patterns, build confidence in your clinical judgement, and grow into your own way of working.

My supervisee's often enjoy utilising my years of experience within the mental health world, from co-founding and managing a large UK wide counselling service, through to beginning and growing my own private practice. I've supported hundreds of counsellors throughout their placement & qualified journeys for many years, and enjoy sharing any resources, CPD, tools, and information that best supports you on your own journey.

Also within my own mental health work, I travel around the country delivering Mental Health training to groups and companies, to ensure as many people as possible can support those struggling with mental health, and assist towards reducing mental health stigma. Alongside this, I also contribute regularly to public speaking on BBC radio with regards to mental health related news. I enjoy utilising these extended areas of experience to best support anyone I work with.
